Programming a product simply consists of introducing the characteristics
of the material to be bent, the dimensions of the product and
the necessary tooling & die. The optimizing software searches
for the best bending cycle.
Ram stroke(Y)and backgauge(X,R,Z)are controlled by comtroller
automatically, high productivity.
Back gauge adopts ball-bearing screw and rolling guide way,
quick speed and high repeat positioning precision.
Imports including linear transducer, pressure proportional valve
and servo motor.
The models are available in variety of tongue from 40 ton up
300 ton and length from 2000mm

The position of low blade can be adjusted to ensure the epuilibrium
of the gap after regrinding.
The protable and prompt adjusted of the blades′gap, the value
of gap is indicated by dial, positioning reliable.
Setting the backgauge by motor. The display devices used to
the backgauge′value and the shearing times are on the machine.
The stroke of knife beam can be adjusted steplessly, conveniently
and fast.
Preselection of single of continous strokes. Preselection of
cutting number and cutting strokes。
Roller guide to ensure the quality of cutting sheet-metal.

The travel precision of the backgauge can be assured precisely.
The stroke and frequency of shearing can be controlled. The
machine has the function of single shearing and automatic continuousshearing.
After inputting precomputed adta, the back gaugue can be automatically
moved, positioned and stopped, and high in cutting efficiency.
